In this 3 day group course followed by a 4 session tele-course and field work participants will experience personal transformation as a leader, expanded competence as a coach and acquire new coaching processes for use with clients committed to development of the leader within.
Participants will both cognitively and experientially explore leadership processes that leverage the coaching paradigm and are relevant for coaching organizational leaders.
The participatory nature of the course along with personalized mentoring encourages rapid skill development and preparation for immediate application.
