Karen Steckler is a business and leadership coach. After her leaving her career at Microsoft, Karen took time off to decompress from her corporate identity to learn the art of “being”. Four years later, refreshed and ready to create new possibilities, Karen became a certified coach. Today, she focuses her expertise coaching women business owners through the process of growth, developing their leadership, improving innovation, managing the challenges of the workplace environment, and helping them to achieve their ideal work/life balance.
