Certified Professional Coach Program: 142 Contact Learning Hours
5-Course Program (must be completed in sequence):
(1) Authentic Presence
Online – 11 Sessions, 2 hours each, 2 times per week
delivered via Adobe® Connect Pro™ Platform web-based classroom
- OR -
Physical Classroom – 3 days, 8 hours each w/ 75-minute lunch break

(Participants also attend online Authentic Presence Life Map Planning – 10 sessions, 90 minutes each, 1 time per week delivered via Adobe® Connect Pro™ Platform web-based classroom)
(2) Essentials of Professional Coaching
Online – 11 Sessions, 2 hours each, 2 times per week
delivered via Adobe® Connect Pro™ Platform web-based classroom

Physical Classroom – 3 days, 8 hours each w/ 75-minute lunch break

(Participants also attend telephone Essentials Peer Coaching Program – 10 sessions, 30 minutes each, with 2 peers, 1 time per week)

(4) Power of Transformative Coaching
Online – 11 Sessions, 2 hours each, 2 times per week

(5) Coaching Mastery
Requires completion of the above courses PLUS accumulation of a minimum of 50 coaching hours with at least 5 clients.
Online – 16 Sessions, 90 minutes each, 1 time per week
delivered via Adobe® Connect Pro™ Platform web-based classroom
Course culminates in written and oral exams – participants are eligible to complete oral exams once they have accumulated a minimum of 100 hours with at least 8 coaching clients.
