Certified Professional Coach Curriculum

Mastery – Your Artful Integration

This comprehensive course is the fifth and final module in the Certified Professional Coach training and certification program. It includes a series of activities that build upon the skills gained in the courses and provides the skills and experiences necessary for inviteCHANGE’s designation of Certified Professional Coach (CPC).

The purpose of Mastery is to provide the opportunity for you to integrate your learning and personal development as a coach, to continue to develop the artistry of your coaching skills, and to support you in building your coaching success.

Essentials, Power, Living Your Vision® and Dynamics must all be completed before taking Mastery.

Mastery consists of:

  • 16 weekly tele-courses with a certified coach facilitator in a small group of 5-8 participants.
  • 16 weekly assignments help develop your skills, deepen your coaching presence and integrate your learning. (Approximately 1-2 hours per week.)
  • Six mentored coaching sessions that provide invaluable personal feedback on your coaching.
  • A personal project that supports learning about business development and client attraction.

You will:

  • Anchor all your learning and integrate it with your personal development.
  • Integrate your self-awareness with your mastery of coaching skills.
  • Develop close  relationships within your collaborative community.
  • Expand applications of coaching into others areas of your life and profession.
  • Strengthen your personal confidence as a professional coach.
