Earning the Certified Professional Coach designation from inviteCHANGE signifies:

Upon graduation from this accredited program you will have completed all the requirements to apply for a credential with the International Coach Federation, the leading global association of coaching professionals.  You will have the training and experience to be a competent, professional and confident coach with the ability to apply the transformative coaching paradigm in diverse situations, personal and professional.

Your training at inviteCHANGE balances skill training and personal development.  The program consists of a five-course curriculum along with experiential “fieldwork”which supports and accelerates the integration of the skills and concepts and helps to establish a client base. 

The first of the five courses in the program, Living Your Vision®, is devoted entirely to the personal development of each participant.  The other four courses – Essentials, Power, Dynamics, and Mastery – are sequential coaching skills and coach development courses.

The PREMIUM version of the program is typically completed in 16 months and includes a combination of on-site classroom participation; tele-course participation and fieldwork application.  The program includes your independent hiring of an ICF credentialed coach (PCC or MCC level) of your choice for a minimum of three months and eight hours of coaching.  The program starts one time in each quarter: January, April, July or October.  Your investment for PREMIUM Certified Professional Coach training is $8,500 due with your registration; payment plan options are available. (Tuition does not include the fee of your personal PCC or MCC coach.)  Tuition does include three additional resources to support your learning and building of a professional coaching service business:  one year subscription to Coaches Console, one year membership in the International Coach Federation and one year subscription to Choice Magazine.

The VIRTUAL version of the program is typically completed in 12 months. The entire program is delivered via state of the art technology combining video, audio and web-based document sharing that creates a powerful virtual course room for learning and practicing coaching. The program includes your independent hiring of an ICF credentialed coach (PCC or MCC level) of your choice for a minimum of three months and eight hours of coaching.  The program starts six times a year: January, March, May, July, September and November. Your investment for VIRTUAL Certified Professional Coach training is $4,750 due with your registration; payment plan options are available. (Tuition does not include the fee of your personal PCC or MCC coach.)  Tuition does include two additional resources to support your learning and building of a professional coaching service business:  a 10% discount for a one year subscription to Coaches Console and one year subscription to Choice Magazine.
