Credentialed Coach Pathway Training Program
Built upon our excellent ACTP Certified Professional Coach program curriculum, our Credentialed Coach Pathway Training Program (“CCP”) is created for coaches who appreciate the importance of effective coaching core competency training and are ready to pursue an ICF Credential.
This 60-hour approved coach specific training hours program will strengthen professional coaching skills by focusing development upon the 11 Core Coaching Competencies, as defined by the International Coach Federation (ICF). In addition, our trademark transformative coaching methods and processes will be incorporated as a unique way to apply the core coaching competencies with clients who are seeking conscious choice and sustained change in their lives.
The program experience will provide excellent preparation for written and oral examinations that are part of the ICF Portfolio Credential application.
- 24 – 2 hour sessions using our state of the art technology platform combining video, audio, break out rooms for coaching practice and document sharing to create an intimate web-based course room experience
- 4 – 1 hour, individual mentor coaching sessions plus 6 mentor coaching hours through our group mentoring processes are part of the program and fulfill ICF mentor coach requirements
- A pre-course mentored assessment for building a core coaching competency development plan and post-course letters of recommendations from two ICF, Professional or Master Certified Coach for inclusion with your Portfolio Credential application
