As leaders in the coaching profession we’ve been training professional coaches for more than a decade. Originally known as Academy for Coach Training, our ICF accredited Certified Professional Coach training program provides an outstanding foundation in the ICF core competencies and prepares participants for an exciting career as an ICF credentialed, professional coachure.

inviteCHANGE coach training programs are facilitated by delivery teams of experienced professional coaches and facilitators in a co-creative environment that honors individual learning styles and provides hands-on experience to accelerate integrated learning for adults.

PREMIUM Certified Professional Coach (CPC)

This training program is fully accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF.)  Meeting graduation requirements fully prepares and qualifies participants to apply for their first ICF credential Associate Certified Coach (ACC.) Graduates of the CPC program demonstrate a high level of skill in the ICF Core Coaching Competencies, earning the designation of Certified Professional Coach.  Meeting graduation requirements, including hands-on “field work” applying skills learned in the courses, establishes an individual client base creating confidence as well as competence.  In this Premium program we offer three additional resources:

  1. A one-year subscription to Coaches Console, a web based client management system that will make setting up and managing your business easy
  2. A one-year membership in the International Coach Federation to give you access to research, local chapter activities and resources and a global community of coaches
  3. A one-year subscription to Choice Magazine, the magazine for professional coaching

And now, inviteCHANGE offers three additional coaching training programs:

VIRTUAL Certified Professional Coach (CPC)

We support individuals who prefer a distance learning format with our VIRTUAL Certified Professional Coach training program.  This program offers our trademark, high standard for core coaching competency training excellence delivered through state of the art technology that combines video, audio and web-based document sharing creating an intimate, virtual course room from the comfort of your home or office. Participants attend weekly either in two 2-hour sessions or one 4-hour session depending on your schedule preferences.  Course size is limited to 8 participants to ensure effective interaction, coaching practice and instructor mentoring.  Web cameras are provided; DSL internet connection or better is required for stability and quality.

Portfolio Credential FASTRACK Training Program (PCFT)

We also support individuals who are already coaching and wish to prepare quickly and effectively to complete an ICF Credential Portfolio Application.  Our new, 50-hour program called FASTRACK for Portfolio Credential also utilizes our virtual course room technology to create a highly personalized training and mentoring environment that accelerates learning. Participants attend weekly 2-hour sessions. Course size is limited to 8 participants to ensure effective interaction, coaching practice and instructor mentoring.  Web cameras are provided; DSL internet connection or better is required for stability and quality.

Internal Certified Coach Professional (ICCP)

Our Internal Certified Coach Professional program is built upon our excellent ACTP Certified Professional Coach program curriculum.  We recognize that the coaching process is different inside an organization when coaching occurs between two employees of an organization.  This program pairs our excellent core coaching competency training with tools, processes and resources for building a credible, confidential and productive coaching program inside organizations.  Key outcomes of this training include:

  • Use a coaching approach with employees at any level and business content
  • Facilitate effectiveness and performance results for individuals coached
  • Effectively contract and report on the organizational impact of coaching
  • Apply the fundamentals and finesse of the ICF core coaching competencies while working inside an organization

Designed for individuals inside organizations with managers and staff who engage in coaching relationships within an organizational context, the inviteCHANGE Internal Certified Coach Professional program uses an experiential approach that accelerates competency integration, application, and cultural adoption.

The program curriculum is comprised of skills training and personal development in three core courses that build on one another.  An additional set of three elective courses are available to further coach development toward ICF credentialing and/or deepen personal development relevant to the organizational environment.

Continuing Coaching Education (ICF-CCE)

For coaches and individuals who wish to create more value for their clients and for them, we offer a variety of advanced coach training courses. All of these courses are approved by the ICF for continuing education credits meeting requirements for renewal and higher levels of coach credentialing.
