Create and strengthen a participatory, collaborative norm in the organizational culture 

As organizations accept the challenge for migrating workplace culture toward greater participation, collaboration and global teamwork, fundamental norms for how work gets done and how people interact in that process require change. The capacity to engage, connect, inspire and activate commitment from each colleague is a critical success factor in a participatory culture. The courses offered in this approach are dedicated to developing this essential capacity for individual employees at any level, for work teams, for managers and for leaders.

As culture is unique by organization, the course design delivered in any particular organization is tailored to address the desired transition, incorporating industry and content relevant examples and learning activities. Courses may be completed sequentially or independently in any order and may be offered as open enrollment cross-company or scheduled for intact work groups to experience together.

Acceleration and reinforcement of training may be supported by individual and team coaching delivered by inviteCHANGE professional coaches that occurs post-training and in-between the courses when offered over time.

Our faculty knows, first-hand, the internal environment of business and therefore the opportunities and challenges that coaching will leverage and benefit. In addition to being practicing ICF credentialed professional coaches our faculty possess diversity and experience in the business world as corporate officers, entrepreneurs, educators and organizational consultants.
