Participants will experientially learn, apply and mentor each other in a set of 10 conversation competencies over the course of this three day program. The learning activities are tailored to participant position and focus so that incorporation of the skills is facilitated post-training.
The module design is set in the context of traditional management processes such as planning, supervision, risk analysis, budgeting, creating teams and making decisions. In this way participants will be equipped with new conversation competence through a culturally relevant business process that will generate more ease in the transition to a participatory approach.
When experienced together with Transformative Conversation, the development pace is accelerated.

Three telephone learning labs follow the course to anchor the skill set and create a peer-based cohort for support and reinforcement.
