Masterful coaches of groups and/or teams are proficient in all ICF core coaching competencies and group process work.  Group and team coaching is the intersection of the coaching approach and group process in service to organizational outcomes. The program invites you to explore this powerful dynamic and expand your perspective about working with teams and the leaders who sponsor them.

This highly interactive coaching skills course is for professional coaches who seek competence in coaching groups and teams inside organizational systems. Participants explore and expand essential skills for navigating group development processes, group dynamics and the group ‘field’ so that group members raise quality and speed of performance.

This course introduces methods for listening to the team or group field and creating awareness for members of the whole that is bigger than the sum of the parts.  In addition, you will gain access to tools and methods for engaging with a team or group and learn a transformative leader competency model you can use immediately to support coaching leaders in an organizational setting.
