Edmonds, WA — In partnership with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM)-Seattle Coach SIG, inviteCHANGE has developed and launched a new nine-hour experiential training program for Human Resource professionals. The design of the program was in answer to some of the many challenges the Human Resource professional faces in the workplace:
"How am I showing up and the how is it impacting the organization? What are my intentions, my thoughts, and my behaviors and how is this being received? How do I influence the organization toward greater strategic collaboration?”
Strategic Partnering with Leaders for the Human Resource Professional enables the HR professional to gain self-awareness, develop new skills and behaviors for embracing change, and setting an example for becoming a generative leader of change.
We are excited about the feedback we have received so far from the November training cohort. One participant said “this new type of training is exactly what’s needed for both private and public organizations in the new millennium.” Another participant commented “I didn’t want it to end – best training I’ve received.”
