Be the Cause!

When you reflect on the impact and influence of being a coach, or perhaps the experience of being coached, I wonder what you notice for yourself, your clients, your colleagues and your community?  Over the past six months we invested our creativity in this question in order to unearth the answer for our company, inviteCHANGE.  So many people say that change is hard, scary and challenging.  Yet at the end of the day change in our lives is usually very worth the effort meaning that the rewards of change far outweigh the anticipated concern we feel before entering into being in life in a new way. 

As professional coaches you know that moment when clients exhale, smile and say “Yes” to what they truly want!  We want to share that moment with you as our company exhales, smiles and we say “Yes” to our part in being the cause of inspired awareness, clarity, alignment, action and results in the world.

Maybe you have already noticed some of the change that is taking place on our web site, including this new tag line for our logo.  Through the excellent input we receive from our program participants we have made some changes to our curriculum for 2011 that will ensure our programs and courses evolve and sustain a dynamic vitality our participants expect. We are also expanding our faculty to more fully support the participants seeking enrollment in our trainings. And, we are applying technology for global access to our programs over the web.

Generative leaders foster engagement and the team at inviteCHANGE accept responsibility as leaders to be the agents and navigators of change. We choose to break old patterns, bring wholeness forward as the norm and "Be the Cause.”

In that spirit, we feel gratitude for the privilege to serve you and through you your communities.  I personally wish to extend my acknowledgment for the partners who are navigating change for the year ahead.  Each one is instrumental as a carrier of our vision for inviting change and being the cause and through their individual and our collective efforts the company has weathered a challenging time economically and socially and created a solid foundation for the future.  You will find more information about the company changes in other sections of this newsletter.

During the season of celebration that in the United States begins with Thanksgiving and around the globe extends into February recognizing births of nations, of spiritual leaders and the passage of time, we wish you all good fortune and good health in all you choose to be.
