Invite CHANGE

Who is Being the Cause?

Say Jambo to… (that’s Kiswahili for Hello)

Debbie Roadruck
Office & Production Manager

A growing company can be a challenging environment and the people drawn to inviteCHANGE know they are part of being the cause from the first moment.  Our new Office & Production Manager has walked right into some very big shoes as she picked up the duties of this role from Paige Finch.  Here’s what Debbie wanted to share of with you about her; please do call or stop by some time soon.

“I am passionate about working in an environment with accomplished professionals and an organization that is dedicated to helping individuals unveil there true potential. My diverse background in Human Resources, Financial services, office management and the health care industry, has provided me a broad exposure to the needs of individuals who are walking through transitions both personal and professional. As the founder and practitioner of my own Medical Massage Clinic for over ten years, I understand the value and necessity for people to take stewardship in their own healing and life direction. Walking through my own transition in the pursuit of higher education and drive for continued learning, I am kept grounded through personal faith and my amazing husband and children. Working in missions with children in Africa and travels to Costa Rica, London, Hawaii and the U.S has fed my love for adventure and life purpose. However, my shared passion for backpacking, hiking and the great outdoors keeps my family here in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.”

Here’s a bit more about Natalie…

Natalie is passionate about illuminating positive qualities in others, facilitating deep awareness of those qualities and then serving as a guide for making conscious choices for sustainable change and wholeness. She comes to inviteCHANGE through a deep 'A-ha!' experience of her own. After attending a corporate inviteCHANGE workshop, Natalie experienced a dual epiphany: first, that Professional Coaching was her true and authentic calling, that she had a compelling desire and intention to learn from and work directly with the transformational experts within the inviteCHANGE Partnership and coaching faculty.

After 30 years in capital healthcare equipment sales & marketing, product management & development, and instructional design paralleling a career as a licensed massage therapist, Natalie has found perfect personal and professional alignment in Professional Coaching. She is deeply grateful to discover a profession that brings all of her diverse life experience into one expression of wholeness. She is is currently enrolled in the Certified Professional Coach program at inviteCHANGE.

Natalie brings to her role as Enrollment Specialist her enthusiasm, open-hearted listening and absolute conviction that the coaching paradigm has far reaching impact in all areas of human interaction. She will be your guide in exploring and choosing the best coach training program for your next stage in life and work.

In her spare time, Natalie enjoys being outdoors in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, creating textile artwork, raising awareness of healthcare for women, reading voraciously, traveling and occasional cat-astrophes with her feline friend, Maya.

Say Tuonane to… (that’s Kiswahili for See you around)

Please join me a cheer of gratitude and appreciation for Paige Finch who has been our Participant Services Manager for the past four years.  Her joyful, engaging, highly capable and consistently supportive presence for all of us has been a shining example of our mission and values.  Her warm smile and embrace has ushered many of you over the threshold of uncertainty toward an experience of growth and new possibilities.  We are each many times blessed for our relationship with Paige.

Envision the bubbles of champagne as we toast our partner and colleague Jan Berg who is embarking on a semi-retirement while basking in the glow of joy from being with all of you in the course room or on a mentor call or at an event or as a client.  Jan is an exemplar for being the lightness of life with dedication and commitment to excellence, a challenging balance to strike that we have all experienced her do with great ease.  As our Faculty manager, a fabulous course leader, fellow mentor coach, technology wizard and partner in the company business, Jan has been a steady heart in delivering our programs to the world.  In her choice to explore life outside of inviteCHANGE we celebrate Jan’s vision and know we will continue to see her along the learning journey road in the future.

Leading learning is an inspired passion for BJ Levy and Amorah Ross.  Both are choosing to expand their contribution in this arena and step back from the day-to-day operations and partnership responsibilities for inviteCHANGE.  As their time opens up you can expect to see more of these powerful, professional coaches in the course room and as co-creators of new curriculum.
