inviteCHANGE programs activate the power of the transformative coaching paradigm. Each program is based upon the unwavering belief in the inherent wisdom of our individual selves and the collective wisdom of the universe. We believe conscious choice and lasting change happen most powerfully from the inside out – beginning with clarity of personal essence achieved by doing our “inner work.” Inner work allows individual exploration of one’s life and then discovery and claiming of the source of our individual sense of self — acceptance, love, trust and wholeness.

InviteCHANGE workshops and courses offered for Personal Development focus on “inner work” creating learning through natural group processes.  All of our faculty embrace the spiritual journey personally and possess a collective experience of more than 100 years as program facilitators, working both individually and in group process to support participant awakening and exploration.
