About Ingrid Pope, ACC
A former IT Director with a successful 16-year corporate career, Ingrid experienced the negative impact too much ‘mind clutter’ has on productivity and how it gets in the way of objective decision-making. She works with senior leaders, executives and teams who operate in highly complex environments, who are overworked and are constantly juggling between getting the tasks done versus looking after their people. And in the process, they have lost the focus of what is important and needs attention - quite often themselves. She is a highly experienced multi-lingual and multi-cultural executive coach, both within a corporate environment and elsewhere, holds an ICF ACC credential, is a fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA) and contributes to the Future of Coaching Collaboration (FCC) on how technology is disrupting the coaching industry and its impact on ethics. Outside of work, she runs a large yearly community event in her home-town of Tunbridge Wells in Kent, UK (the TW Yard Sale).
