About Courtney
Courtney has over 20 years of senior level experience in corporate business in the areas of leadership development, organizational strategy, and business communications/marketing. She has worked with businesses from Fortune 500/Enterprise to SMB as well as start-ups. Courtney is a member of ICF and is trained as a Professional Certified Coach. She is currently working toward her MCC credential.
She has specialized training in emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and behavioral science, neuroscience, trauma/grief, and executive presence. She offers this expertise in the form of strategic leadership development plans for each of her clients.
Courtney offers guidance and support as they navigate expanding leadership, and advance their ability to communicate with other executives and teams. She aspires to help everyone she coaches learn more about themselves and more about how to mentor leadership to their teams, offering depth and growth across an organization. Courtney has coached members of the C-Suite, Executive Vice Presidents, and Executive Leadership Team and Director level executives. She has a special acumen with female leaders, emerging leaders and succession planning.
