About Pam
Pam Noda, PCC, has supported expatriates to find their footing and their fulfillment in foreign lands for more than 12 years. She specializes in cross-cultural issues within bicultural families and couples in international marriage. She is the co-creator and co-leader since 2010 of the Global Management Academy, an annual nine-month program to train young Japanese managers working in multinational corporations. As a certified Speaking Circles® facilitator and a founding member and former vice president of the ICF Japan Chapter, she has taught coaches about Relational Presence since 2013.
