Robin Alfred, BA, M Phil is a trainer, executive coach, facilitator, mediator and organizational consultant. Since 1995 he has lived in the Findhorn Foundation ecovillage in Scotland where he has Chaired both the Foundation’s Management Committee and the Board of Trustees. Robin has extensive experience leading and developing groups and individuals in a variety of settings including prisons, social work, police forces, communities, NGOs, multinationals and other corporations.

Elizabeth Austin

Elizabeth Austin’s life story reveals her commitment to helping make the world a better place. Her career history speaks to her wide scope of interests and abilities and describes the extensive life experience and wisdom she now brings to the Dromenon Project – Dromenon: Inner Pilgrimages for Modern Times.

A quick overview starts in 1962 with her first career as an RN, with extensive clinical experience in intensive care, as well as nursing education, and faith community nursing. In 1972 she co-founded The River School, a private school for inland mariners which she owned and operated for 25 years. She advocated for America’s inland mariners and helped thousands upgrade their careers, while maintaining her nursing career. After selling her Memphis-based maritime school in 1997, she moved to Ashland, OR, where she launched her practice as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, coaching visionaries and social artists toward their highest potential.

Elizabeth finds equal delight in her work and many other interests and activities that employ her leadership, creativity and visionary insight. Friends and colleagues admire her unrelenting quest for awareness, and playful sense of humor. Since 1999, she has facilitated Ashland’s Sacred Walk to the New Year, a community labyrinth walk enjoyed by hundreds. Pre-Pandemic, she volunteered in the Oregon Shakespeare Festival’s Welcome Center, meeting visitors from around the world. I grew up on a homestead and the role of an innovating Renegade is a continuous thread. My principled Warrior stands for the good against the recent onslaught of cynics. I invent models by combining the new and positive understandings of brain biology and psychological development with the ancient truths of human archetypes. How did this little girl on the prairies attach to the mountains? The books let my Nurturer befriend Heidi and her grandfather in Germany, encouraged my Explorer to walk beside Sir Edmund Hillary on his ascent of Mount Everest and inspired my Dreamer’s thrill to The Sound of Music in Salzburg!

My Strategist drives my Nurturing Sovereign to teach fast and deep…we want to awaken, inspire, inform and empower. My Storyteller provides the most effective and positive method. She sprinkles metaphors, narratives, icons and paradoxes in my mentoring and my many study guides (some of which are available on my website). I use some of my Dreamer’s paintings to illustrate my handbooks and I share some of her poetry in them and on my web pages. When I teach the Enneagram personality archetypes, my Lover uses goofy hats with my husband’s funny compositions in nine musical archetypes. I lost him in 2021 after 20 years of ‘My Legendary Love.’

As a Canadian, my initial education was a BFA in acting which prepared me for a passionate career in psychology as a speaker, professional counselor, corporate trainer, writer and mentor.

Dinners and conversations, classical concerts and jazz clubs color my world in Dallas, Texas. My sport is Alaskan Sled Dog Racing but my companions are two large cats.

With a master’s degree in Jungian Studies and Archetypal Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, Melissa offers a broad understanding of Depth Psychology which she brings to the Archetypes at Work material. Adam Fotheringham

Adam is an experienced coach and facilitator who works in both leadership and personal development. His mission is to open people to their true gifts and potential, and to support them in bringing both to fruition in work and life. Pamela Twigg, ACC

Pamela is a Professional Executive and Personal Coach based on the East Coast of the United States. Her generative wholeness approach to coaching brings clarity, direction, and positive support for her clients. By identifying where growth is desired, setting goals and objectives, and encouraging accountability, she helps clients to become empowered to learn how to obtain their goals and live balanced lives. Her own personal and professional experiences — of living on two continents and the challenges she faced in building and rebuilding a new life — are woven into the coaching she provides. Pamela coaches remotely and in person, depending on clients’ preferences and locations.

Pamela has more than 20 years of experience in international business, mainly in the ICT sector, working in the United States and in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Most recently, she has listened to what her inner voice, gut and heart have been saying and quit her corporate job to focus full-time on her coaching business. Since then, she hasn’t looked back.

Pamela holds a bachelor’s degree in Modern Languages from Clarion University and a master’s degree in American Studies from the University of Amsterdam. She is an accredited Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, a certified generative coach through inviteChange and a certified Archetypes at Work^TM guild member. Pamela lives in beautiful Western Maryland with her husband, 2 of the 6 children in her blended family, as well as their ever so energetic dog, Friso.
