What Can I Do?
Neil Scotton, PCC, Janet M. Harvey, MCC
Find your response to these extraordinary times. And as coach, how to enable your clients to find theirs
CCEUs: .5 CC, .5 RD
Much is happening in the world that is concerning. Socially. Environmentally. And more. We want a better future. But it’s complicated. As professional coaches, how can we ensure the ripple out of our work is good whilst respecting the client's agenda. And how can we more easily help clients find their responses. What can we do ourselves? As leaders? As citizens? As a team?
Neil’s Wheel went public in September 2020. In a short time it has been used by defence leaders and church leaders. By business leaders and leaders of professional coaching communities. By activists and by those asking for the first time ‘How can my life and work make a difference?’
It is being adopted as a simple tool for profound conversations by hundreds of coaches from the US and Canada across Europe and the Middle East to India, Malaysia, the Philippines and Hong Kong.
Tested and proven by many highly experienced coaches, it’s simple yet profound. It works by aligning our whole selves, across our whole lives, and connecting what’s deep within us with what we care about in the world. People gain completely new awareness, and emerge clear and energised about the difference they want to make, and the way that’s right for them.
Discover the wheel. Try it yourself in the session. Enjoy its simplicity. If you’re a coach, add it to your toolbox. If you've used it already, hear the latest findings and useful tips.
And wherever you are in the world, and whatever your situation, find the fulfilling way that’s right for you to help create a better future.
Learning Outcomes:
1. Become more integrated as a person and with the people and planet around you
2. Enable life and work to have a more direct, positive impact in society and on the planet
3. As coach, discover a light way to enter profound conversations that honour the client’s agenda
4. Emerge clearer and energised about the difference you want to make, and the way that’s right for you.
5. Discover new and important insights about yourself in relation to the questions you are asking in these times
6. As coach, enable all the above for your clients

The Evolution of Beliefs
How we construct, deconstruct and reconstruct our beliefs
ICF CCEU: 1 CC
Understanding the way beliefs are constructed invites us to explore what beliefs may need to be deconstructed in order to move forward with reconstructed beliefs that better serve our intentions going forward.
This session explores how coaches give focused attention to evoke awareness about beliefs that are motivating client choices and producing outcomes that are not longer serving what they want. Listening actively for the change desired and inviting the client to construct new beliefs is how coaching amplifies and accelerates learning, growth and change.
Learning Outcomes:
1. Recognize and reveal to clients that beliefs can and should evolve.
2. Learn about how beliefs form and what is required to loosen their grip when change is wanted.
3. Explore methods to support clients to transform limiting beliefs into growth and new choices.

Authentic Leadership Through The Lens of DE&I
ICF CCEU: .5 CC, .5 RD
Authentic Leadership is an approach to leadership that emphasizes building legitimacy through openness, integrity and honesty. 2020 was a year that forced many leaders and organizations to come face to face with themselves through the lens of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. While organizations felt the need to journey towards creating a better culture, many of their leaders had not taken the journey within to honestly evaluate their values, beliefs and behaviors around DE&I. How could they authentically lead such initiatives without having a safe space for self-discovery, Intentionality and transformation? That's where we as coaches come in. What happens when we step into the coaching space and authenticity is lacking within ourselves as a coach? What if we have not examined our own values and beliefs around DE&I? Will we find ourselves infusing our own thoughts, feelings and values into a strategically crafted question? Can we continue to hold a safe space for our clients when their views on DE&I evoke anger or rage within us as coaches? How can we help our clients step into authenticity when we as coaches are not sure that we have reached our destination of being an Authentic Leader? Join me for an interesting discussion on "Authentic Leadership...Through the Lens of DE&I
Learning Outcomes:
1. Increased understanding of showing up with authenticity
2. Strategies for deepening partnering with clients.

Coaching Executives Is So Much More Than One-to-One
Janet M. Harvey, MCC, Shannon Connor Phillips, MD, MPH
Adopt a systemic worldview
ICF CCEU: 1 CC
You are a professional coach and a leader in your own right, in your life at a minimum as well as the context through which you deliver coaching services. This livelihood choice means you have compassion for clients who make the choice to lead and produce results through others. So, what distinguishes the coach who chooses to engage with a leader with the label, "executive"? What is expected from you as the coach to meet this particular context? During this session, Janet M. Harvey will talk with executive leader Shannon Phillips, and through a combination of interview and coaching demonstration, explore the distinctions of working with multiple clients at once: the enterprise, the leader, the leader's team, the leader's peers, and constituencies inside and outside of the organization. The systemic influences for leaders today are complex and interrelated. This truth demands an expanded worldview from the coach to ethically and effectively support desired learning, growth, and change.

Developing Future Female Leaders
Our future lies in the feminine aspects of how we show up at work, with connection and relationships in the very center.
ICF CCEUs: .5 CC, .5 RD
Since the early 2000s we have been in a steady state of shift related to the way women are perceived and treated in a male-dominant global workforce. Though many other cultural and ethnic groups are discriminated against in a much more obvious outright way, female voices and feminine energies have been consistently diminishing, with very little real and lasting change. Women add the story to the strategy in the workplace and without this, leaders and their organizations are lost in a loop of skills and performance review, riddled with conflict, broken trust, disengagement, and ultimately, women who don’t feel supported in their company and want to move on.
As coaches, we are called to listen deeply to women who may be struggling with this issue and to support them on a path of growth at as early a point as we can. We are also called to support men supporting women in this manner, for a community of true change and transformation at work during an era of extraordinary global professional change.
In this course, we’ll unpack the idea of masculine and feminine forces in the workplace, where they fit, what value they have, what they look like in balance, and how offering women more access to their nature can help support businesses facing unnatural rates of change, and a break-neck pace of transformation in business and the world.
This course utilizes the work and research of Elizabeth Lesser, Bob Anderson, Steven Pressfield, Pamela Fuller, Dirk Cloete, and Beatrice Chestnut.

Listen To The Voice That Knows How To Invite Change
Inviting change banishes paralyzing fear
ICF CCEU: 1 CC
Fear of change shows up on any top ten list of human life and yet, we change thousands of time a day. Consider a new hypothesis. Uncertainty about the future after change is what paralyzes us by clinging to the status quo for safety. In the process we abandon our dream for life and for the world. If you seek to contribute to a better society, you must learn to listen to your inner voice that knows how to invite change. During this session explore the signals to notice that you are blocking progress toward what you most want. Through some micro-practice we will explore three practices to strengthen your muscle to percieve your inner voice that knows how to surrender the status quo and allow your inspiration and faith in your ability to create the future you want to compel you forward.
